In addition to theory, you will learn practical skills that you can use the next day on your project. You will receive a certificate of completion of the training and all the information you need to take an exam at a registered examination centre.
We also prepare targeted problems to be solved at the time of teaching, but we add these targeted elements to a more rigorous teaching.
During a consultancy, you hire the full time of a specialist to help you solve a theoretical or practical problem, provide guidance, or outsource a meeting or project.
Choose our advice if you're solving a specific problem and our training if you're building general knowledge.

If you don't organise a targeted analysed problem, but a complete process.
There is an overlap between our agency services and our consultancy services, but in terms of duration, consultancy is a solution/advice for a short, defined set of problems, while our agency service is a longer contractual relationship.
Depending largely on the size and nature of the problem and our available capacity, we promise to provide a response with a timetable as soon as it is identified.
We run our projects within an agile methodology, which involves the client on an ongoing basis, so we can keep an eye on the work from the start, but of course there is always room for change at the end.
Our colleagues usually work from Monday to Friday.
We prefer pre-agreed and timed content to plan our work, so in an effort to ensure that everyone is happy with the product, our contracts include weekend working, on-call time and other unplanned tasks, so that our staff can help in case of emergencies.
We have a strict policy on data security, and we sign an all-encompassing confidentiality agreement before we start work.
Our colleagues are also available after training if you have a question on a specific topic.
Like all people working on a project, we're on a schedule, but we always adapt to the client's calendar.
