Developing leadership competences

In theory, everyone is a good leader, until you are faced with an obstacle that, in hindsight, could have been solved much better. It is through a series of activities like these that we or our company leaders become good leaders. After all, it is a skill that develops through practice, on a "learn by doing" basis. We have put together useful theory, with accompanying exercises, to shorten as much as possible the time it takes to develop good leadership behaviours.

Leadership theory and practice, communication basics, verbal and non-verbal communication, recognising and exploiting employee potential, time management methods, persuasion and argumentation. Identifying and clarifying objectives, conflict management methods. self and co-worker awareness exercises.
